6 things to do to lead a healthy life

1.   Walk Walk and Walk for 45 minutes a day 

2.   If you do not have time to walk, just carry a skipping rope with you
      Wherever you find time, do skipping for 10 minutes.  Do this multiple times a day

3.   Say bye bye to Coconut Chutney, Milk and Curd.    Consume less oil.

4.   For petty shopping, go cycling instead of starting that engine and adding to the pollution.

5.   If you are above 40 years old, check the following every year (not once in 2 years)
                     a.  Blood Sugar
                     b.  Cholestrol
                     c.  Blood Pressure
                     d.  Heart Checkup

 Complete master health checkup may be need based on doctor's advise.   

................That's it.....nothing else is needed...........you will lead a healthy life...........

6.   Go for a long family outing every year.   You will be happy and your family will appreciate you for the sense of belongingness.
